It’s a shame! CBS and Paramount Pictures are consistently destroying Roddenberry’s Star Trek heritage culminating in that devastating trailer of “Star Trek Beyond” that obviously degenerated into a fast and furious action movie where actors seem to wear star trek uniforms by accident.
Now they gone sue crowdfunded fan-film production Axanar! Maybe because they realize they are about to loose a decade long (and old) fan base to better Star Trek productions like Star Trek: Renegades Star Trek Continues Star Trek: New Voyages/Phase II Star Trek – Horizon?
Which of these fan-produced movies / series ist next on their hit list?
As a result I definitively won’t go watching “Beyond” (no Star Trek in the title, ya know?).
